Is Viacom Worth $70/Share Freed From Philippe Dauman?

Viacom's shares currently trade for $44/share. We think they should be valued closer to $70/share and more if signs of a turnaround were evident. We think Philippe Dauman's removal would be a catalyst for the shares.
