Uber's Legal Woes Worsen As Judge Grants Injunction In Google Trade Secret Case

The ride-hailing company must return stolen documents and bar a star engineer at the center of the case from working on LiDAR technology as part of the injunction. Last week the federal judge overseeing the case referred it to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution.
