Labor Rights Under NAFTA: A Potential Renegotiation

In late March, a draft letter from the acting US Trade Representative meant to notify Congress of the Administration’s intention to renegotiate NAFTA began to circulate. Even though the leaked memo gives little detail, we can speculate on what a modernized NAFTA clause might look like.
