U.S. Upholds Import Ban Against Arista Networks

The U.S. Trade Representative recently upheld an import ban by the International Trade Commission (ITC) against Arista Networks' (NYSE: ANET) cloud-based networking products. The ruling, which was initially made in February and upheld in June, alleges that Arista's products infringe on networking giant Cisco's (NASDAQ: CSCO) patents.
