Next Up: Abu Dhabi; China's Maritime Silk Road Breaks Into The Middle East

China just signed a $300 million deal with Abu Dhabi to build a manufacturing operation in its emerging Khalifa Port Free Trade Zone -- an endeavor which nicely compliments the nearby sea terminal that China's COSCO took over at the end of last year.
