The Trump Administration, and too many Democrats, Republicans and Independents, worry about trade deficits. Guess what? The U.S. ran trade deficits with 99 nations in 2016 but surpluses with 136. Those 136 might not be the largest trade partners but they accounted for 27% of all U.S. exports.
