Groups Sue FTC, Charge Agency Has Failed To Protect Consumers From Used Car Recall Danger

Consumer groups say the Federal Trade Commission has betrayed its mission and failed consumers by allowing automakers and dealers to advertise used cars as safe despite an outstanding recall. And they filed suit Monday against the agency.
