Thinking Strategically

By all accounts, the 2016 European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (EBACE) in Geneva, Switzerland was a strong show. Manufacturers introduced new platforms, suppliers showcased more capable hardware, service providers announced plans to expand product offerings, and hope was palpable that market conditions will improve in the near term. And, of course, the atmosphere was energetic, as it is at just about every international trade show. (When’s the last time you attended a downbeat EBACE, NBAA, Paris Air Show, or similar aviation/aerospace event?)
