A few years ago, Toronto surpassed Chicago to be the fourth largest city in North America, and the momentum continues. Toronto is an alpha global city, an economic hub for North America and an international center of arts and culture. Their growth is a result of increasing the quality of their labor force, logistics and infrastructure development, and an accelerating producer services sector. Norm Kelly, a Toronto city councilor, joins The Big Trade series for a conversation about the city’s development.
